Challenges
All flags are of the form TOOR{FLAG_CONTENTS}, unless otherwise specified in the problem description.
Most challenges are tagged with the type of vulnerabilities they contains, which gives you some hint of where to focus your efforts.
Grade
Each lab is graded on a scale from 0-10. The lab's grade is dependent on how many problems it contains and is calculated as
grade = solved^0.6 / N^0.6 * 10
where solved is the number of problems solved in the lab and N is the total number of problems in the lab.
